S.W.I.R.L.—Safety, Wellness, Inclusion, Recreation, and Leadership—is a full‑day professional development opportunity designed for organizations looking to strengthen their teams through practical training, leadership development, wellness and inclusion strategies, and industry‑relevant safety education.

We are pleased to welcome this year’s keynote speaker: Rev. Barbara Adams, O.M.C., M.S. Ed, Minister and Spiritual Director at Unity Rochester Spiritual Center. Rev. Adams brings more than 30 years of leadership, education, wellness programming, diversity work, and youth development experience, including a distinguished 32‑year career in public education.
