Did you know that 1 in 5 underserved households are unable to enroll their children in sports due to the high cost of equipment?
To help address this barrier, the Town of Perinton is proud to partner with ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ฅ๐๐ฒ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ ๐ข๐๐ฅ๐ (๐๐๐ ), a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to sports by collecting and redistributing gently used athletic gear.
Now through July 25th, we are accepting donations of new and gently used sports equipment.
Drop Off Location: Perinton Community Center Lobby (Look for the large collection box to the right as you enter)
๐๐๐๐๐ฉ๐ญ๐๐ ๐๐ญ๐๐ฆ๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐๐:
- Soccer, basketball, football, baseball, and softball gear
- Hockey and lacrosse sticks, helmets, and pads (manufactured within the last 5 years)
- Tennis, racquet sports, and golf equipment
- Playground and fitness items (cones, yoga mats, hand weights, etc.)
- And more!
