The Town of Perinton is reviewing the potential for new shared-use biking and walking trails on Town-owned properties near Thayer Road and/or the Dewitt Property off Turk Hill Road.
This is an opportunity to explore whether this type of use could be a good fit for these properties and gather community input before any further planning developments are made.
Currently, Perinton does not have designated bike trails. The idea of expanding shared-use trail opportunities was identified in the Town’s 2019 Parks & Open Space Master Plan.
We invite you to join us on Thursday, May 7, at 7pm, for a brief presentation followed by questions and discussion. Representatives from the Town, Recreation & Parks, and the Genesee Regional Off-Road Cyclists (GROC) will be available to share information and answer questions. If you are unable to attend, the meeting will be recorded for later viewing on the Town’s YouTube Channel.
