Senior Exemption Intake Appointment
For individuals with an existing Senior Citizen exemption, a renewal application will automatically be sent to the property owner starting in June 2025 and continuing through January 2026. The renewal application will state an Intake Appointment that has been set aside for documentation submittal.

About the Assessment Office
The Assessment Office maintains an inventory of all parcels in the Town of Perinton in order to establish an assessed value for the equitable distribution of property taxes.
Assessment changes may be made due to change in use, and/or issuance of a building permit for new construction, remodeling or demolition.
