Properties Under Review

Properties Under Review

under review sign

When you see this sign in your neighborhood, it means the property is scheduled to be reviewed by the Town’s Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals or Town Board.

Depending on the scope of work, some projects require Board approval before work may begin, which triggers a public hearing on the proposal. These signs are one of the ways the Town notifies residents of the hearing.

The plans posted on this page are the original applications submitted to the Town of Perinton for these projects. After the application has been voted on by the Board, the link will be removed from this page. The plans are not meant to be a fully comprehensive report. For more detailed plans, contact Lori Stid, the Town of Perinton Director of Volunteer Boards.

If you see the “Under Review” sign and would like to know what is being considered for the property, the links below may help you.
